Are you interested in an international challenge? The JD Group, a major manufacturer of bicycle components and leading developer of proprietary electric technology for electric bicycles with operations in Taiwan, China, Europe and the United States, seeks a highly motivated individual for its European service center based in Germany.
The tasks include the following:
Serve as technical support for the company´s clients in the Benelux and Germany
Develop, maintain, and update inventory databases, and other relevant files and documents such as service reports
Prepare and repair the electronic components for E-Bikes and bicycles as and when needed
Organize technical seminars for bicycle manufacturers and work closely with their service staff and dealers
Manage warranty and spare parts processes
Process all queries efficiently and quickly
Work closely and within the Frankfurt based service department
Requirements:
The service employee will have a minimum of 3 years of progressive work experience in the bike industry
Relevant technical background
Experience with electronic components and systems
Strong organizational skills
Ability to offer a superior level of customer service
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint)
Good English, German and Dutch skills are an advantage
Willing to travel within Europe
Good Teamplayer
